Mmm, I was blind but now I see,
The light that shines, it’s setting me free.

My past mistakes catchin’ up, can’t deny the ties.
Been on top for so long, thought I had it all set,
But the devil knocked me down, took what I couldn’t get.
Used to strut around, thinkin’ I was the best,
But life threw a curve, put me to the test.
Thought I had the game on lock, yeah, I was fly,
But it all came crashin’ down, had to say goodbye.

I was blind but now I see,
The truth revealed, it’s clear to me.
Lost in shadows, found the light,
Now I stand, ready to fight.

Thought I knew it all, but pride made me fall,
Got lost in my success, forgot my true call.
Living a double life, on stage spittin’ fire,
But behind the mic, crumbled like a liar.
Had the fame and the glory, thought I had it made,
But inside I was empty, just a masquerade.
Thought I could handle it, juggle it all,
But the higher you climb, the harder you fall.

Tried to control every move, now I let go and flow,
I’m not perfect, I made mistakes, but they helped me grow.
I faced my demons, no longer hide,
Now I’m back with a vengeance, ready to ride.

I was blind but now I see,
The truth revealed, it’s clear to me.
Lost in shadows, found the light,
Now I stand, ready to fight.

In the darkness, I found light, a reason to fight,
No more running from the truth, embracing the night.
From the ashes I rise, stronger than before,
Ready to settle the score, heart to the core.
Used to be a puppet, tangled in the strings,
But I cut ‘em loose, found my own wings.
Now I’m flyin’ high, got my sights on the prize,
No more lies, no disguise, just truth in my eyes.

I was blind but now I see,

So here I stand, ready to rise above,
No more hiding, no more running from love.
